Program Eligibility and Scope of Coverage
This subscription program provides assistance for a single, eligible non-moving violation citation and associated driving record protection, subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements outlined below.
1. Program Scope
This service is limited to one (1) non-moving violation citation per subscription term. Examples of eligible violations may include, but are not limited to, expired parking meters, expired vehicle registration, or certain parking infractions. This program explicitly excludes all moving violations, such as speeding, running a red light, and any criminal traffic offenses.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility for this program is contingent upon several factors, including the nature of the violation and the driver's history. By enrolling, you affirm that you meet the following criteria:
Violation Type: The citation must be a valid non-moving violation. Any moving violation or criminal traffic offense is not covered.
License Status: Your driving privileges must be currently valid and in good standing. Individuals with a suspended or revoked license are not eligible.
Compliance History: You must have no history of defaulting on court-ordered payment plans or outstanding balances for prior citations with the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Timely Action and Compliance
To utilize this benefit, the subscriber must act promptly and in accordance with all procedural requirements.
Notification: You must notify us and submit all required documentation within any court-mandated deadlines (e.g., typically within 30 days of the citation date).
Financial Compliance: All outstanding fines or fees from previous violations must be resolved prior to enrollment. This program does not cover pre-existing liabilities.
